The Interviewing Platform enables interviewers to connect with candidates instantly through its built-in VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) feature. This eliminates the need for external phones or apps, allowing direct communication within the platform. This feature is primarily used when candidates join interviews late, allowing interviewers to quickly follow up and ensure participation. By enabling personal, trackable communication, VoIP helps streamline coordination and enhance the overall candidate experience.
