Introduction

Evaluators can access the Ivy AI Interview summary for candidates directly from Workflow Tools once the candidate’s Ivy interview is completed. This feature allows evaluators to review both the recording of the Ivy AI interaction and the Key Discussion Areas generated by the AI. By providing this consolidated view, evaluators can make more informed and consistent evaluation decisions without needing to conduct a separate review session.

Steps to Go Through the Flow

1. Log in to Workflow Tools as an Evaluator

  • Use your evaluator credentials to sign in to the Workflow Tools platform.
  • You’ll be directed to your dashboard, which lists the candidates assigned for evaluation.

2. Select the Candidate

  • Locate and click on the candidate name whose Ivy interview you want to review.
  • This will open the candidate’s evaluation details page, showing all associated assessments and interview steps.

3. Locate the Ivy Interview Card

  • In the candidate’s assessment view, identify the Ivy Interview card or tile.
  • This represents the AI interview that the candidate has completed.

4. Click on “View responses”

  • On the Ivy Interview card, click the “View responses” button.
  • This will open a side panel on the right-hand side of the screen.

5. Review the Ivy Interview Summary

  • The side panel displays:
    • The candidate’s Ivy interview recording, allowing playback of the AI-led session.
    • A summary section titled “Key Discussion Areas”, highlighting important topics, candidate responses, and themes identified by Ivy.
  • Use this summary to understand the candidate’s communication, relevance, and content quality before submitting your evaluation.
