| Candidate was added to a different workflow by mistake | Check other active workflows in your organization. Use the search function to locate the candidate and reassign them to the intended workflow. |
| Candidate profile is marked as inactive or archived | Check the candidate’s profile status. If archived or inactive, restore the profile to active status before adding them to the workflow. |
| System sync delay between modules | Wait 2-3 minutes and refresh the workflow page. If the candidate still doesn’t appear, log out and log back in to force a system sync. |
