However, there are instances where a candidate who should be visible in a specific workflow simply doesn’t appear, disrupting the recruitment pipeline and causing confusion. The candidate hasn’t been added to the workflow yetNavigate to the candidate’s profile and manually assign them to the correct workflow. Verify the assignment is saved before exiting.
Candidate was added to a different workflow by mistakeCheck other active workflows in your organization. Use the search function to locate the candidate and reassign them to the intended workflow.
Candidate profile is marked as inactive or archivedCheck the candidate’s profile status.
If archived or inactive, restore the profile to active status before adding them to the workflow.
System sync delay between modulesWait 2-3 minutes and refresh the workflow page. If the candidate still doesn’t appear, log out and log back in to force a system sync.
