The All view shows candidates across every step in a workflow and supports step-level status filters. Since these filters reflect a candidate’s current step and current status only, misunderstandings around filter scope or status behavior can lead to unexpected results.

🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues

What might be wrongHow to fix it
Incorrect workflow step selected in filtersVerify that the selected step matches where the candidate is currently placed in the workflow.
Step-level status misunderstoodEnsure the selected status belongs to the chosen step. Status options vary by step (assessment vs interview).
Candidate has moved to another stepCheck the candidate timeline to confirm they haven’t progressed to a different step after filtering.
Multiple step filters applied togetherRemove extra step selections and apply filters for one step at a time to validate results.
Expecting historical statusesAll view filters show current status only, not past or previous step statuses.
Recently updated candidate statusRefresh the page and reapply filters to ensure the latest status is reflected.
Filters not reset from previous searchUse Reset/Clear filters before applying a new filter combination.
Expecting Screening-only behaviorAll view filtering logic differs from Screening step filters. Use step-specific views if needed.

Additional Tips

  • Validate candidate location first Search for the candidate by name and confirm their current step and status before applying filters.
  • Apply filters incrementally Start with a step filter, then add status filters to narrow down results gradually.
  • Understand step-specific statuses Interview steps focus on scheduling and attendance (Scheduled, No show, Completed), while assessment steps focus on progress and evaluation (Invited, In progress, Evaluated).
  • Refresh after bulk actions If candidates were recently moved, evaluated, or scheduled in bulk, refresh the All view before filtering.
