🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues

| Required workflow steps are incomplete | Ensure mandatory steps (such as Screening or Assessment setup) are properly configured before opening registration. |
| Registration changes not saved | After enabling registration, click Save and wait for confirmation before checking for the link or QR code. |
| Page not refreshed after opening registration | Refresh the workflow page after opening it for registration to allow the link and QR code to load. |
| Workflow opened recently | Wait a few seconds to a minute after opening registration, then refresh the page. |
| User does not have required permissions | Ensure you are logged in as a Recruiter or Master Recruiter with permission to manage workflow registration. |
| Browser or UI rendering issue | Refresh the page, clear browser cache, or try accessing the workflow in a supported browser (Chrome recommended). |
