When a workflow is opened for registration, Workflow Tools generates a registration link and QR code that candidates can use to register themselves. If the link or QR code does not appear, it is usually due to workflow configuration, registration status, or UI-related conditions.

  • Reopen registration if needed Close and reopen registration, then refresh the page to regenerate the link and QR code.
  • Check in a new session Log out and log back in, then reopen the workflow to rule out session-related issues.
  • Avoid multiple rapid changes Allow the system a moment to process registration status updates before navigating away.
  • Verify with another user Ask another recruiter to open the same workflow and confirm whether the link or QR code appears.
