The Live Interview allows interviewers to add registered evaluators to an ongoing interview instantly. This on the fly invite feature enhances collaboration, ensures flexibility, and enables smooth coordination during live sessions.

Steps to Invite Registered Users

1. Access the People Tab During a live session, click the People Tab located at the bottom-right corner of the Interview Room. This opens the participant list where you can view and manage participants. 2. View and Manage Attendees In the People tab, you can see:
  • Participants who are currently In meeting & Invited
3. Send Invites to Evaluators
  • Select the Invite button at the top of the panel.
  • A search field will appear, allowing you to find evaluators who are already registered or assigned to the current interview workflow.
4. Find and Invite Registered Evaluators
  • Start typing the evaluator’s name in the search box.
  • The system will auto-suggest matching user profiles.
  • Click Invite next to the correct evaluator’s name to send a real-time invitation.
5. Monitor Invite Status Once an invitation is sent:
  • The evaluator’s status appears as Invited
  • After joining, their name moves to the In meeting section This allows you to track attendance and ensure all evaluators are present for collaboration.

Best Practices

  • Only evaluators registered by the organization will appear in the invite search.
  • The real-time invite feature ensures smooth coordination and minimizes session interruptions.
  • Use the People panel to monitor participant roles and invitation status for transparency and control.
The Invite on the Fly feature enables fast and secure onboarding of additional evaluators during a live session. It promotes real-time collaboration and ensures flexibility in panel management within the Talview Interview Room.
