You may receive a phone call from the interviewer if:- You have not joined the interview at the scheduled time
- You are marked as Late or No-Show
- You are facing login or access issues
- The interviewer needs to confirm your availability or help you join the session
What Happens During the Call?
1. Interviewer Initiates the Call- If you have not joined the interview on time, the interviewer can trigger a VoIP call directly from the platform.
- The system automatically dials your registered phone number.
- You receive an incoming call on your personal mobile device.
- The call typically appears on the caller ID.
- Candidates can answer the call as they would a regular phone call.
- Once connected, they can speak directly with the interviewer.
- The interviewer may confirm attendance, share instructions, or help the candidate join the ongoing session.

- After the call, the interviewer can update the candidate’s status (e.g., Joined Late, Unable to Reach, or Rescheduled).
- Follow-up communication or interview continuation happens within the platform as usual.
If you do not receive the call, check your mobile network, and ensure you’re not in airplane mode. The interviewer may attempt again within a few minutes.
