This article explains how interviewers can quickly view who is present in a Live Interview Room. It covers how to open the ā€œPeopleā€ panel and identify all participants currently in the interview, including organizers/interviewers, candidates, and any additional invitees.

Join Interview

1. Access the People panel

  • On the Interview Room screen, locate theĀ PeopleĀ icon at the bottom-right corner.
  • Click onĀ PeopleĀ to open the participants panel on the right side of the screen.

2. View participants in the interview

  • After opening the People panel, check theĀ In meetingĀ section to see the names and the roles of everyone currently present in the interview (for example, organizer/interviewer and candidate).
  • If others were invited but are not yet joined, they may appear under a separate section (such as ā€œOther invitedā€) so you can confirm who is expected to join versus who is already in the room.
Additional Tips:
  • If you cannot see theĀ PeopleĀ option, refresh the interview page and ensure you are logged in with an organizer or interviewer account that has access to the room.
  • When the participant list does not update automatically, close and reopen theĀ PeopleĀ panel or ask participants to rejoin the interview so their status is refreshed.
