The All view in a workflow provides a consolidated list of candidates across every step in the hiring process. To efficiently manage and track candidates, recruiters can apply step-wise status filters to view candidates based on the workflow step they are currently in (for example, Screening, Assessment, Interview, etc.). This helps in monitoring pipeline health, identifying bottlenecks, and taking timely action. This article explains how recruiters can filter candidates using the “All” view inside a workflow by applying step-wise candidate status filters. It provides a step-by-step guide to help users quickly identify where candidates stand across different stages of the workflow.
