Step 3: Open the candidate’s profile Click on the candidate whose resume you want to delete. Step 4: Navigate to the Resume sub-tab Inside the candidate profile, go to the Overview tab and click on the Resume sub-tab. You will see:
  • The uploaded resume file
  • The fitment label (Low Fit, Potential Fit, or Strong Fit) and reasoning summary - these are only visible if the resume fitment feature has been enabled for your organization
Step 5: Click the ”✕” button On the top right corner of the resume file, click the ”✕” button. This will delete the uploaded resume from the candidate’s profile.

What Happens After Deletion?

  • The uploaded resume file is removed from the candidate’s profile
  • The fitment score and reasoning summary associated with that resume will no longer be available
  • If you wish to re-evaluate the candidate, you will need to upload a new resume and allow the system to re-parse and regenerate the fitment score

Important Notes
  • Deleting a resume is a permanent action - the file cannot be recovered once removed
  • Deleting a resume does not remove the candidate from the workflow, only the resume file and its associated fitment score are deleted
