Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to the Workflow
- Login as a Recruiter.
- Select the workflow that contains the interviews and candidates requiring evaluation.
2. Open the Interview step
- Inside the workflow, select the interview step where you want to assign an evaluator.
- This opens the Interview Dashboard, where all candidates for that step are listed.
3. Assigning an evaluator
- Select a candidate from the Interview Dashboard to open their interview details side panel.
- Navigate to the Evaluation tab within the side panel.
- Under Assign evaluator panel, Click the dropdown to add an evaluator.
- Click Assign to save and finalize the assignment.
- The assigned evaluator will receive an email notification with direct access to the evaluation form.
