When messages are grouped under the wrong candidate or interviewer, this can disrupt recruitment workflows, create confusion, and hinder timely follow-ups in Talview’s Notification Inbox. This article helps recruiters identify the causes and resolve issues when notifications or conversation threads appear under incorrect profiles, ensuring cleaner communication and accurate tracking.
