Q1. How do I RSVP to an interview? When you’re added as an interviewer, you’ll receive a calendar invite and an email notification with interview details. You can RSVP using any of the following methods:- Click Accept / Decline / Tentative in the calendar invite or the attached

- Update your response from the Interview Details page within Talview Workflow Tools.
Q2. Can I change my RSVP after responding? Yes. You can change your RSVP anytime before the interview ends by:
- Reopening the calendar invite and selecting a new response.
- Choosing another option from the email body.
- Updating your response in the Interview Details page within the platform.
Q3. What happens if I don’t RSVP at all? If no RSVP is recorded before the scheduled time, your status remains “Invited.”
- The system or recruiters may send you reminders.
- If the interview remains unconfirmed close to the scheduled time, the system may flag it as unconfirmed and allow recruiters to assign a backup interviewer.
Q4. What should I do if I can’t join at the scheduled time? If you realize you can’t attend:
- Update your RSVP to Decline or Propose a New Time immediately.
- Choose an alternate interviewer in the decline flow (from the email body if available).
- Notify the recruiter via email or chat to help them reassign quickly.
Q5. How do I know if my attendance was recorded? Attendance is automatically tracked once you join the interview session using the link in your calendar invite or via the Interview Details page. After the interview:
- The dashboard marks you as “Attended” if your join time was logged.
- If you didn’t join, the system will show “No-Show.”
Q6. Can I test my audio/video setup before the interview starts? Yes. Before joining, you’ll see a system check screen that allows you to:
- Test your camera, microphone, and speakers.
- Verify your network connectivity and permissions. If any issue appears, follow the troubleshooting prompts or contact your IT team or Talview Support before joining the session.
Q7. Where can I access the candidate’s profile and resume before the interview? You can review the candidate’s profile directly in Workflow Tools by clicking on the Resume icon in the invitation email. You can also view it from the platform once you login.
2. Post-Interview: Evaluation & Feedback
Q8. When will I receive the evaluation form? You’ll receive the evaluation form immediately after the interview ends.- A notification email and an in-platform alert will prompt you to complete the evaluation.
- You can also access it anytime later via Candidate → Evaluations Tab in Workflow Tools.
Q9. What’s the deadline for submitting my evaluation? The evaluation should ideally be submitted within 24 hours of the interview, or within the time defined by your organization’s policy. Delayed submissions may impact candidate progression. If you’re unable to complete it on time, inform the recruiter so they can plan accordingly.
Q10. Can I edit my evaluation after submission? Editing options depend on your organization’s settings. If you need to modify your feedback:
- Navigate to the evaluation form and click Edit Evaluation (if available).
- Alternatively, request the recruiter to reopen your evaluation for updates.
Q11. Who can see my evaluation comments and recommendations? Your evaluation and comments are visible only to authorized roles, typically:
- Recruiters
- Hiring Managers
- Master Recruiters
Q12. What does the post-interview summary email contain? After the interview, you’ll receive a summary email containing:
- Candidate name and interview details (date, time, mode)
- Attendance confirmation
