| What Might Be Wrong | What You Should Do |

| Wrong email or password entered | Double-check for typos, especially in case-sensitive fields. Try retyping both fields manually. |
| You’re supposed to log in via SSO | If your organization uses SSO (Single Sign-On), the email-password method may not work. Go back and select the correct SSO option instead. |
| Account not yet activated | Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification or activation email from Talview. Follow the link to activate your account. |
| You forgot your password | Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset your password via email. |
| The login session is cached incorrectly | Try logging in from an Incognito/Private browser window. |
