Login Methods Overview
Talview’s Workflow Tools offers two distinct login pathways:- Email ID Login: Standard authentication using registered email address and password.
- SSO Login: Single Sign-On integration for organizations with enterprise authentication systems.
Method 1: Email ID Login (Standard Authentication)
1. Access the Login Page
- Navigate to the Workflow Tools login portal.
- Locate the login form on the main page.
2. Enter Credentials
- Enter your registered email address in the “email” field.
- Check your registered email for the verification code.
- Enter the code in the verification field when prompted.
3. Submit Login Request
- Click the “Login” or “Sign In” button.
- Complete the authentication process.
4. Access Granted
- Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to the Workflow Tools dashboard.
Method 2: SSO Login
Step-by-Step Process:

2. Access SSO Option
- On the login page, click the “SSO Login” button.
- Ater entering your email address, the SSO provider will automatically authenticate and grant access Workflow Tools.
Common Login Issues and Troubleshooting
1. Incorrect verification code issues
Issue: OTP verification fails or shows as incorrect. Troubleshooting Steps:- Verify that you’re entering the most recent verification code received.
- Check your email’s spam/junk folder for the OTP message.
2. Resend verification code
Process:- Look for the “Resend verification code” link or button on the verification screen.
- Click to request a new verification code.
- Wait for the new code to arrive via email.
- Enter the newly received code.
3. Incorrect Password Issues
Issue: Password authentication fails Troubleshooting Steps:- Check for any typing errors or extra spaces
- Ensure you’re using the correct password case sensitivity
- Confirm you’re entering the password associated with the specific email address
