You have access to multiple workspacesCheck the top of the screen or workspace switcher dropdown. Try switching to your intended workspace manually.
The wrong account is cached in your browserLog out, open an Incognito/Private window, and log in again with the correct account.
Your email ID is shared across multiple organizationsTalview may log you into the default org tied to your SSO or email. Ask your admin to confirm which org(s) you’re invited to.
No access to the expected workspaceContact the admin of your organization and request access using your correct email. They may need to send you an invite.

  • Always use the correct email or SSO method when logging in
  • If you’ve recently changed orgs or joined a new one, ask the admin to verify your access
  • Avoid using shared or pre-used browser sessions when switching between orgs
