  • Keep the candidate detail view open and refresh the page a minute or two before the scheduled start time, the Join Interview button will appear automatically once you’re within the 10-minute window.
  • If you’re still unable to see the button after the interview start time has passed, the session may have already begun without you. Reach out to the recruiter immediately so they can provide assistance.
  • Make sure your camera and microphone permissions are enabled in your browser before joining, this will save you time once the button becomes active.
  • If the issue persists after trying all the steps above, reach out to your admin or recruiter for further assistance.
  • The Join Interview button will only be available for the online interview. Make sure to always double check the type of Interview.
