| What Might Be Wrong | How to Fix It |

| The interview hasn’t reached the 10-minute window yet | The Join Interview button only becomes active when the interview is scheduled to start within the next 10 minutes. If you’re checking in earlier than that, the button won’t be enabled. Check the scheduled start time and return closer to it. |
| The page hasn’t loaded the latest data | Try refreshing your browser by pressing Ctrl + R (Windows) or Command + R (Mac) to reload the page and fetch the latest data. The button may appear after a refresh. |
| The interview status hasn’t updated correctly | If the interview status isn’t showing as Scheduled, the button may not appear. Check the interview status in the timeline view and reach out to the recruiter if it appears incorrect. |
| You’re viewing the wrong interview step | Make sure you’ve navigated to the correct Interview step in the candidate detail view. If the workflow has multiple interview steps, the button will only appear under the step the interview is scheduled against. |
| Your browser cache is causing a display issue | Clear your browser cache by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac), reload the page, and check again. |
| The interview was cancelled or rescheduled | If the interview was cancelled or moved to a different time, the button won’t appear. Check with the recruiter to confirm the current status of the interview. |
| You’re not assigned to this candidate’s evaluation | The Join Interview button is only available to evaluators assigned to that candidate. If you haven’t been assigned, reach out to the recruiter to confirm your assignment. |
