When using Talview’s Workflow Tools, interviewers are required to submit evaluation forms after completing an interview. These evaluations are then made visible to recruiters under the candidate’s profile. Sometimes, however, recruiters may report that they are unable to see an evaluation, even though the interviewer has submitted it. This article helps interviewers diagnose the issue and understand why their submitted evaluation might not be visible to recruiters.Documentation Index

🔎 Troubleshooting Common Issues
| What might be wrong | How to fix it |
|---|---|
| Form saved but not submitted: The form stores responses locally; recruiters can only view forms once “Submit” is clicked. | Always ensure you click Submit at the end of the evaluation. Wait for the confirmation message that your form has been successfully submitted. |
| Form submitted under the wrong workflow step: If the evaluation was tied to an incorrect step, recruiters may not find it under the candidate’s profile. | Double-check the interview step before starting the evaluation. If submitted incorrectly, notify the recruiter so the feedback can be reassigned. |
| Connectivity or browser issues: Poor internet connection or unsupported browsers may prevent your form from being synced to the platform. | Use a stable connection and the latest version of Chrome or Edge. Refresh only after confirming connectivity. |
| Role or permission mismatch: In rare cases, if your permissions are restricted, your form may save but not display to recruiters. | Contact your admin to confirm your role has evaluation submission rights. |
| System processing delay or outage: Occasionally, evaluations take time to sync or may be delayed due to platform downtime. | Wait a few minutes and refresh. If the evaluation still doesn’t show, reach out to Talview support. |
