✅ Why You Should Clear Your Cache Before Your Session

Your browser stores temporary files (called “cache”) to help websites load faster. However, during assessments or interviews, this can cause:

🔄 How to Clear Your Cache (Supported Browsers Only)

👉 Google Chrome (Desktop)

  1. Click the three-dot menu (top-right corner)
  2. Go to More tools > Clear browsing data
  3. Set Time range to All time
  4. Check:
    • Cookies and other site data
    • Cached images and files
  5. Click Clear data
  6. Restart Chrome

👉 Mozilla Firefox (Desktop)

  1. Click the menu icon (three lines) > Settings
  2. Navigate to Privacy & Security
  3. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data
  4. Select:
    • Cookies and Site Data
    • Cached Web Content
  5. Click Clear, then restart Firefox

👉 Microsoft Edge (Desktop)

  1. Click the three-dot menu (top-right corner)
  2. Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services
  3. Scroll to Clear browsing data
  4. Click Choose what to clear
  5. Set Time range to All time
  6. Check:

  • Any session that was rescheduled or restarted
