If you make changes to an avatar’s persona and decide not to keep them, you don’t need to manually undo anything. Leaving the page without publishing discards your changes automatically. In this article, you will learn what happens when you discard a draft and what to expect afterward.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open an avatar’s profile and make your edits, for example, using Advanced Mode to update the name, About section, or other details.
  2. Instead of clicking Publish, click Go back to leave the profile screen.
  3. Your changes are not saved. If the avatar was previously published, it reverts to its last published state, unaffected by the edits you made. If the avatar was never published, it does not appear on the Avatar Dashboard at all.
Additional Tips
  • There is no confirmation prompt before discarding a draft. Clicking Go back without publishing discards your changes right away, so review your edits carefully before navigating away.
  • To keep any changes you’ve made, click Publish before leaving the profile screen.
