What Might Be Wrong	How to Fix It
You were in a poor-network or no-coverage area when the call was attempted	Move to an area with strong network coverage and keep your phone reachable.
Your phone blocked the call through a spam filter or call-blocking app	Check and disable any spam-blocking or call-blocking app for unknown numbers.
Do Not Disturb was switched on	Turn off Do Not Disturb.
