This can happen if you tap the wrong button or the call ends unintentionally partway through. What Might Be Wrong	How to Fix It
You ended the call unintentionally before completing the conversation	Ivy will automatically call you again, up to 3 more times. Do not try to call the number back, as it is inbound-only and will not connect you to anyone.
You had already completed about half of the conversation before hanging up	Ivy will not call again. Your responses so far are passed to the recruitment team.
You expected a retry and did not receive one	Contact your recruiter so the call can be arranged again.
