| Your phone’s audio settings are affecting clarity | Increase your phone volume and turn off speaker mode if the audio is unclear. |
| A headset or earphones are causing the issue | Remove any headset or earphones that may be causing the issue, and use the handset directly. |
| The audio was too poor to continue and you disconnected early | Ivy will automatically call you again, up to 3 more times. Note that if you stay on the line without speaking, no retry is made. |
