Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Check that you have an active application
    An Ivy call is only made to candidates who have applied for a role or are already in a hiring process. If you have a live application with us, the call is expected.
  2. Confirm the type of questions being asked
    Ivy only asks hiring-related questions, such as screening, interview, availability, and scheduling questions. A genuine Ivy call stays within these topics.
  3. Watch for what Ivy will never ask
    Ivy will never ask for passwords, OTPs, bank details, card numbers, or any payment. If a call asks for any of these, it’s not a genuine Ivy call and you should not share the information.
  4. Cross-check with your recruiter
    If you’re still unsure, contact your recruiter or the recruitment team through the official channel they used to communicate with you, and confirm the call.
