What Might Be Wrong	How to Fix It
The call came from an unknown US or UK number, which can appear to be spam if you were not expecting it	Confirm the call was genuine by checking that you have an active application with a hiring team.
You declined or did not answer the call	Ivy will automatically try again, up to 3 more times. Answer the next attempt when it comes through.
Your phone or network settings may block unknown or international numbers	Allow calls from unknown and international numbers in your phone settings so you do not miss the next attempt.
