| What Might Be Wrong | How to Fix It |

| An unstable network dropped the call while you were mid-answer | Stay in an area with good network coverage and keep your phone reachable for the next attempt. |
| The drop happened early in the conversation | Ivy will automatically call you again, up to 3 more times. |
| You had already completed about half of the conversation | Ivy will not call again. Your responses up to that point are passed to the recruitment team. |
| Ivy’s audio was cutting out or sounding unclear before the call dropped | This is often a sign of a weak signal. See Why can’t I hear Ivy clearly during the call? for handset and network checks. |
