| Cache or browser data displaying outdated information | Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log out completely from Talview. Close all browser tabs and windows, restart your browser, and log back in to refresh your interviewer dashboard with the most current drive assignments. |
| Removal applied to one drive day but not the entire drive series | If the drive was created as a recurring series across multiple days, the recruiter may have removed you from only one specific drive day rather than the entire series. Reach out to the recruiter or master recruiter to verify whether your removal should apply to all drive or just specific drive day. |
| Platform synchronization delay | Talview’s system may require a few minutes to propagate removal changes across all modules. Wait 10-15 minutes after your removal notification, then refresh your dashboard. If interviews still appear after this time, contact the recruiter to verify the removal was completed on their end. |
