Step-by-Step Guide:

Marking a Notification as Read:

Step 1: Login to Talview’s Workflow Tools Platform

  • Navigate to the Workflow Tools login portal.
  • Locate the login form on the main page and complete the authentication process.
  • Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to the Workflow Tools dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Notification Inbox

  • On the navigation bar, locate the Inbox icon.
  • Click on this Inbox icon to open your Notification Inbox.

Step 3: Select a Notification to Read

  • Click on the notification item in the left panel to open its contents on the right panel.
  • When you select a notification to go through, this marks it as read. Now you can see the Dark blue dot 🔵 disappear.

Marking a Notification as Unread:

Step 1: Navigate to the Notification Inbox

  • On the navigation bar, locate the Inbox icon.
  • Click on this Inbox icon to open your Notification Inbox.

Step 2: Select a Notification to mark as unread

  • Click on the notification item in the left panel to open its contents on the right panel.
  • If you want the notification to be kept as unread, click on the Envelope Icon ✉️, the notification goes back to being unread and the dark blue dot 🔵 reappears.
  • Clicking the Envelope ✉️ button, will mark a notification as read and unread both.
