Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Login to Talview’s Workflow Tools Platform

  • Navigate to the Workflow Tools login portal.
  • Locate the login form on the main page and complete the authentication process.
  • Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to the Workflow Tools dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Notification Inbox

  • On the navigation bar, locate the Inbox icon.
  • Click on this Inbox icon to open your Notification Inbox.

Step 3: Select a Notification to Read

  • Click on any notification item in the left pane to open its contents on the right panel.
  • You can scroll through the message content to read all details of the notification.

Step 4: Forwarding a notification

  • Select the mail you want to forward.
  • Click on the Forward Icon (Arrow pointing towards the right).
  • Enter the recipient’s mail address correctly, then click on Send.
  • You will receive a notification - “Message forwarded successfully.”
