This article provides a step-by-step guide to help users access and check notifications from the Notification Inbox within Talview’s Workflow Tools Platform. This feature allows you to stay updated on important workflow activities, candidate interviews, and assessments efficiently.

Steps to check notifications in Notification Inbox

Step 1: Login to Talview’s Workflow Tools Platform

  • Navigate to the Workflow Tools login portal and login as a recruiter.
  • Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to the Workflow Tools dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Notification Inbox

  • On the navigation bar, locate the Inbox icon.
  • Click on this Inbox icon to open your Notification Inbox.

Step 3: View the List of Notifications

  • The Inbox view is split into two sections:
    • Left Pane: List of mail notifications
    • Right Pane: Detailed view of the selected notification thread.
  • New or unread notifications will be marked with a blue dot 🔵 for easy identification.
  • Scroll through the left pane to browse your notifications.

Step 4: Select a Notification to Read

  • Click on any notification item in the left pane to open its contents on the right pane.
  • You can scroll through the message content to read all details of the notification.

Step 5: Use Search or Filters

  • To quickly find a notification, use the Search Inbox bar located at the top-right of the Inbox page.
  • Type keywords such as candidate names, workflow titles, or dates to filter notifications.
