The Overview tab provides a consolidated view of an individual exam center’s operational details, capacity, and utilization. It helps coordinators quickly assess center readiness, monitor room activity, and access location information from a single screen.

Accessing the Overview

From the In-Center dashboard, click any Center Name. You will be redirected to that center’s Overview page.

Key Actions on Overview

Review center status and location At the top of the page, you can see the center name along with its Active/Inactive status.
  • The Location link is interactive — clicking it opens the center in Google Maps.
  • This helps quickly verify geography or share directions.
View and edit operating hours The Operating Hours section displays the center’s working schedule for each day of the week.
  • Each day shows opening and closing time.
  • The edit (pencil) icon allows you to modify timings when needed.
  • This ensures exam scheduling aligns with actual center availability.
Verify time zone The configured Time Zone is displayed below the operating hours. This setting is critical for accurate exam scheduling and slot calculations. Get map directions On the right panel, an embedded map shows the center’s exact location.
  • Use Get Directions to open navigation in Google Maps.
  • This is useful for quick route checks or sharing directions with stakeholders.
Monitor rooms and capacity The Rooms section shows the total number of rooms configured for the center. For each room, you can view:
  • Room Name
  • Status (Active/Inactive)
  • Capacity (number of seats)
  • Next 14 Days Distribution (utilization trend)
This table helps you quickly identify:
  • which rooms are active
  • seating capacity per room
  • upcoming booking patterns
Add new rooms Use the + Add Room button to create additional rooms within the center when capacity needs to be expanded. Track quick statistics The Quick Statistics panel provides a real-time snapshot of center performance, including:
  • Total rooms and seats
  • Rooms active today
  • Today’s utilization percentage
  • This week’s average utilization
  • Registrations today
  • Next 14 days distribution summary
These metrics help coordinators make fast, data-driven decisions about scheduling and capacity planning. Navigate to capacity management Click View Capacity Management to move directly to the detailed capacity planning module for deeper configuration and analysis.
