✅ Common Causes and Fixes

Additional Tips:

  1. Screen Share Options Not Visible: Ensure that your screen-sharing application is updated and that you are logged in correctly. Check your internet connection, as poor connectivity can hinder functionality.
2. Application Window Not Listed: If the desired application isn’t appearing in the sharing options, make sure the application is open and active on your desktop. Restart the application if needed.
  3. Permissions Problems: Depending on your operating system, you may need to enable permissions for your screen sharing application to capture the application window.
  • For Windows, Go to Settings > Privacy > Screen Recording (for Windows 10/11, this option is often under Camera and Microphone settings).
  • For macOS, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab, and ensure screen recording permissions are enabled for your application.
