| Audio output is routed to another device | Disconnect Bluetooth headphones, HDMI monitors, or external speakers and retry |

After unmuting:- Reload your Talview assessment link
- Watch for instructions or voice-based system checks
- Make sure no Bluetooth headphones or HDMI screens are silently taking over the output
