If your call with Ivy doesn’t connect or ends early, Talview’s system may retry the call automatically. In this article, you will learn when Ivy retries a call and when it does not.
🔁 When Ivy will call you again
- You did not pick up the call.
- You picked up but disconnected the call before completing the conversation.
In these cases, Ivy will automatically try again up to 3 more times, for a maximum of 4 attempts in total.
🚫 When Ivy will not call you again
- You picked up but did not speak during the call.
- You had already completed about half of the conversation before the call ended.
In these cases, whatever responses were captured are passed to the recruitment team, and no further attempt is made.
