Ivy is an AI voice agent used by our recruitment team to speak with candidates over a normal phone call. Instead of a human recruiter making an initial call, Ivy calls you to ask a few questions about your application and gather information needed to move you to the next stage. The call is fully conversational. Ivy speaks in natural English, asks you questions, listens to your answers, and asks relevant follow-up questions based on what you say. You simply respond as you would in any phone conversation. An Ivy call is typically used for one or more of the following:
  • Initial screening questions about your profile and experience
  • Interview-style questions relevant to the role
  • Checking your availability
  • Helping schedule the next steps in your hiring process

📤 What happens with your responses

Once the call ends, your responses are shared with the recruitment team handling your application. They review what you said and get back to you with the next steps, whether that’s moving forward to another round, requesting more information, or closing out the process.
