Talview’s Workflow Tools platform streamlines the evaluation submission process for evaluators, enabling them to provide detailed feedback and make selection decisions directly within a unified workspace. In this article, evaluators will learn how to submit comprehensive evaluations for candidates, helping hiring teams align on top talent and accelerate decision-making.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Select the Candidate

  • Log in to Workflow Tools as an Evaluator.
  • Click on the candidate’s name or email address to access their details and track their evaluation progress.

2. Navigate to the Evaluation Tab

  • In the candidate’s interview details side panel, press the Evaluate button to begin the evaluation process.
  • This tab allows evaluators to review existing feedback or provide new evaluation input.

3. Add Your Evaluation Feedback

  • Expand the Evaluation dropdown and enter detailed feedback about the candidate in the provided text box.
  • Click on ✔️Select/ ✖️Turned Down/ ⏸️Hold, based on your decision about the candidate.
Upon a success notification, the evaluation is now submitted and accessible to recruiters and hiring managers within the centralized workflow dashboard.
