Before You Begin
Make sure you have:- Logged in to Workflow Tools with your evaluator credentials.
- Opened the Interview Summary page for a candidate with a completed interview.
Step-by-Step Guide
- On the Interview Summary page, the right panel has two tabs at the top - Overview and Verification. Click on the Verification tab.
- This tab is dedicated to reviewing the candidate’s authentication and compliance check details for the interview session.
- At the top of the Verification tab, you’ll see the Session ID for the interview, along with the date of the session.
- If the candidate has been through multiple interview rounds, the captures are identified by their time and date, making it easy to distinguish between them.
- A green Passed badge next to the timestamp means the candidate’s face was successfully verified against the reference image. The system confirmed that the person attending the interview matched the candidate on record.
- If the authentication has failed, the badge will indicate accordingly, signaling a potential identity mismatch that may require further review.
- Review this photo to visually confirm the candidate’s identity.
- The timestamp next to the photo tells you exactly when during the session this capture was taken (e.g., 4:28 PM | 15 Apr 2026).
- Click on any thumbnail to view the full-size capture on the right side of the panel.
- These periodic captures allow you to verify that the same person was present across all interview rounds, not just the most recent one.
- The timeline is arranged in reverse chronological order, with the most recent capture at the top.
- The system uses this reference image to perform cross-session face matching - verifying that the same candidate appeared in both the current and previous interview rounds.
- Compare the reference image visually with the current session captures to confirm consistency across rounds.
- This keeps the Verification tab organized when reviewing candidates who have gone through several interview rounds.
