Talview uses a mobile phone as a secondary device to enable enhanced proctoring and environment monitoring during assessments. To ensure a stable connection and uninterrupted camera and microphone feed, your mobile phone must meet the supported device and system requirements listed below. β Supported Mobile Phones (Secondary Device)
You may use a smartphone as a secondary device if your organization has enabled secondary camera usage for the assessment.Minimum Device Requirements

β Not Supported as Secondary Devices
The following devices are not supported for use as a secondary device:- Feature phones (non-smartphones)
- Laptops or desktops
- Chromebooks (Google Chrome OS)
- Emulators or virtual devices
Before You Begin: Final Checks
Before starting your assessment, ensure that:- Your organization has enabled the use of a mobile phone as a secondary device
- Camera and microphone permissions are allowed for the browser being used
- The phone battery is fully charged and connected to a power source
- Auto-lock, battery saver, and low power modes are disabled
- The phone is positioned in landscape mode with a clear view of you and your primary screen
- You have a stable and uninterrupted internet connection
