When you register for a test through Talview, you’ll receive an email containing both a test link and a verification code. This code is required to access your test and complete the onboarding process. If you don’t see the verification code in your email, this guide will help you resolve the issue. The email hasn’t arrived yetWait 5-10 minutes and check your inbox again.
Email delivery can be delayed depending on network or provider conditions.
Email is in spam/junk/promotions folderSearch your spam, junk, or promotions folder for emails from Talview.
Checking the wrong email addressConfirm you are checking the email address you used to register for the test. If you have multiple accounts, check each one.
Email was deleted accidentallyCheck your trash or deleted items folder for Talview emails.
Restore the email if found or request a new code from your administrator if not.
Verification code expiredVerification codes can expire if not used promptly.
Contact your test administrator to request a fresh code if needed.
Inbox is full or restrictedMake sure your inbox isn’t over its storage limit or restricted from receiving new emails. Clear space if needed and ask for the email to be resent.
