🔔 Notification Inbox – A Smarter Way to Track Workflow UpdatesWe’ve launched a new Notification module in Workflow Tools to help recruiters stay on top of workflow updates effortlessly.
Inbox View – Notifications are grouped by candidates within workflows, with expandable cards for better visibility of the conversation threads.
Detail View – Displays the full notification body, making it easier to track and take action.
🎥 MS Teams Enhancements – Smoother Candidate AccessCandidates can now join MS Teams interviews without manual lobby approval, eliminating delays and reducing interviewer effort. Secure access is ensured via predefined settings.🔄 Interview Join Nudge to reduce no-showsTo improve attendance and minimize no-shows, we’ve introduced automated interview email notifications to both interviewer and candidates. The notification will notify them when the other party joins the call.

Extended proctored session : Proctor can now extend a session for a candidate on need basis. When the proctor extends a proctored session, the candidate receives a message in chat. This message includes the time in minutes the session has been extended by, and the reason for extension.
Custom streaming re-connection : When test taker’s primary or secondary camera gets disconnected, usually due to bad network quality, our system automatically tries to reconnect within 1 minute. If reconnection fails within 1 minute, then error is shown to test taker. This helps in reducing disconnections unnecessarily and improve user experience.
Upload image on chat for assistance from Alvy (AI Proctor Agent) : Test taker will now be able to upload images to chat window and get inputs from Alvy assist on preflight check issues they maybe facing.
Increased Maximum File Size for Photo ID: The maximum file size for Photo ID uploads has been increased from 1MB to 3MB, allowing users to upload higher-quality images.
New Configuration Option: Disable Face Detection Model: A new configuration allows clients to disable the face detection model. By default, the model is enabled.
