OS Update Required to Launch Secure Browser
Secure Browser may not launch if your operating system is outdated. An outdated OS can also cause permission issues and hardware detection problems, affecting exam start time.

| Older OS lacks the required security/features | Update your system to meet compatibility requirements. |
Supported OS Versions
Ensure your device is running one of the latest three official versions of:- Windows 11
- macOS (Sequoia, Sonoma, Ventura)
What to Do?
- Go to System Settings > Software Update
- Install all pending OS updates
- Restart your system and try launching Secure Browser again
