  2. **Candidate Status Updates - **Recruiters can update candidate workflow statuses to Selected, Turned Down, or On Hold via single-click actions in the candidate profile or bulk updates from the candidate list in any step inside the workflow.   3. **Recruiter Summary Email - **An automated summary email is now sent to the meeting organizer immediately after each interview, listing all attendees and indicating whether the candidate consented to recording. This gives the recruiters accurate visibility into attendance and consent without any manual tracking.

Candidate Experience

  1. Ivy AI Interviewer Enhancements
    • **AI-Based Competency Scoring - **Automatically evaluates conversational interview responses against pre-configured competencies and rubrics (via backend - providing objective, consistent scores.
    • **Saving the Transcript and Visual Analysis data for reports - **Securely store all conversation transcripts coming in from Tavus with each candidate’s profile for easy retrieval, audit compliance. Save Tavus-derived non-verbal insights (facial expressions, engagement, sentiment) alongside transcripts, ensuring recruiters and hiring managers retain critical context throughout the hiring process. This will be published in the reports in the upcoming release.
  2. **CleverBridge Payment Integration - **CleverBridge is now available as a payment provider supporting both Book & Pay and Pay & Book flows directly within the candidate experience. It can be enabled at the workflow level, with all transactions synced to the billing records.
  3. **External Assessment iFrame Integration - **Vendor-hosted assessments (e.g., Tavus) can now be embedded directly into the new candidate experience via a secure iframe, configurable at the workflow level, with results auto-syncing to candidate profiles. **COBOL Language Support in Codesolo & Codejam - **Added COBOL as a supported language in Codesolo and Codejam coding environments. This enables solving problems in COBOL, expanding language options for diverse technical assessments.

Bug Fixes

We have focused on closing the high-priority bugs listed below
  • Fixed issue where on-the-fly invited users were not showing under the Other Invited section
  • Resolved problem preventing the Environment Check from launching via the View button in the notification
  • Fixed broken effect images in Pre-Join Lobby and In-Meeting screens
  • Resolved bug where clicking Codejam led to unexpected session exit for candidate/interviewer
  • Fixed issue preventing 360 environment captured images from displaying In-Meeting
  • Addressed issue with 360° environment images showing incorrect uniform timers; timers now reflect individual captures
  • Fixed issue causing user termination when clicking the Evaluate button during a meeting
  • Addressed the VOIP bug showing “Call is in progress” instead of connecting the call
  • Resolved bug causing recording to start even when candidate consent was not provided
  • Resolved inconsistency showing Sample Test for candidates and Quick Test for interviewers in Codejam

  • **Clearer Error Messages for Session Issues - **Updated system messages now provide specific guidance when candidates try to rejoin completed, terminated, or expired sessions.

Proctor NG

  • **Standardized Alvy Alert Labels - **Unified labeling for Alvy-detected behaviors ensures consistent messaging for both candidates and proctors.
  • **Confidence Levels for Integrity Flags - **Alvy-generated flags in the integrity report now show High, Medium, or Low confidence levels for better evaluation context.
  • **Expanded Integrity Report Coverage - **Integrity reports now include both Alvy and system-generated critical flags, categorized as Critical Violations and Supporting Observations.
  • **Alvy Chat Pop-Up Fix - **Resolved an issue where messages from Alvy weren’t triggering the candidate chat window during sessions.

Proview Console (V8)

  • **Multi-SKU Voucher Association - **Coordinators can now link multiple SKUs to a single voucher during creation for broader applicability.

Integrations (V7+)

  • **Removed Secure Browser Options from Unsupported LMSs - **Secure Browser settings have been removed from LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Docebo, Thinkific) where the feature is not supported, reducing setup confusion.
