Workflow Tools

1. Ivy AI Playback and Report: Recruiters can now access a unified Ivy playback view with video and transcript for each completed assessment. Along with this, they can also view the assessment report in the side panel. This enables faster, more consistent, and in-depth candidate evaluations. 2. Candidate Verification Display: Recruiters can now view candidate face authentication details for completed assessments and interviews directly from the side panel in Workflow Tools. Candidate Experience

1. Ivy AI Interviewer Enhancements: Recruiters now get access to a structured Ivy Assessment Report with competency scores, overall score, visual cues, and full transcript. This enables faster, more consistent, and transparent evaluation of AI-led interviews.
2. Payment Enhancements: [Bug Fix] Display Decimal Values in Fee Calculations Previously, fee amounts were displayed as whole numbers in price calculations. This issue has been resolved. All fee amounts are now consistently shown with up to two decimal places, providing more accurate pricing details. [Enhancement] Updated Messaging for Payments with ‘Pending’ Status We have improved the user experience when a payment attempt results in a status of “Pending.”
   • Candidates redirected to the platform following a payment attempt will now see updated messaging reflecting the pending status.
   • A clear and explicit payment processing notice is displayed on the payment summary page to keep candidates informed.
   [Enhancement] Auto-Cancellation of Slots with Pending Payments 24 Hours Prior to Start Time To optimize scheduling:
   • If a candidate’s payment remains unconfirmed 24 hours before their booked slot starts, the slot will be automatically canceled.
   • The candidate will receive an email notification notifying them of the cancellation.
   [Enhancement] Standalone Payment Links for Retry Payment Attempts To improve payment retry options for candidates:
   • We have introduced the ability to generate standalone payment links for orders where previous payment attempts failed.
   • Currently, these links are generated manually as a temporary solution.
   • Going forward, payment links will be automatically generated and sent via email to candidates based on scheduling logic.
3. **Objective with skip workflows: **Candidates can now skip MCQ questions and return to them later in the new test taker experience with an enhanced question playlist, giving them greater control over time and stress during assessments. 4. Display the correct answer - Candidates can now view the correct answers right after attempting each MCQ or MCA question, if enabled by the assessment creator. This real-time feedback supports learning during the assessment.
5. Multiple questions in the Long-form assessment - Candidates can now respond to multiple related questions within a single long-form section, creating a smoother and more cohesive assessment experience. This allows for deeper evaluation while reducing context switching and cognitive load.

Attendee Experience

• Candidates now see descriptions for Alvy toaster alerts to better understand and resolve violations.
• Secure Browser application blacklist updated and verified, with improved error messaging when required apps cannot be closed.
• Bug fixes include resolution for blank page issues, secondary camera blank screen, and QR scan issues during launch.

• New Feature (Mac Only): Candidates are warned if spell correction is enabled and asked to disable it before proceeding.
• Enhanced blacklist warning messages guide users to manually close blocked apps.
• Screen protection behavior updated on Mac - Proview will not access screens if protection is enabled.
• Drag-and-drop issue for Inspera assessments is now resolved.

• Voucher code rules expanded—now support up to 25-character codes, including special characters, for better flexibility in test distribution.

Integrations (V7+)

• New: Moodle LMS 4.5 is now fully supported with the Proview Chrome extension.
• Bug fixes for Moodle and Cornerstone (CSOD) ensure proctoring loads reliably with updated LMS features.
