When you’re assigned as an interviewer for a drive in Talview Workflow Tools, you’ll receive an interview invitation via email. You can join your scheduled interview directly from the email invitation or through the Talview interview dashboard.

Before You Join

Make sure you have:
  • A stable internet connection.
  • Your browser permissions enabled for camera and microphone access.
  • Joined a few minutes early to ensure your setup is working properly.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Join from the Email Invitation

Once the drive series is created and you’re assigned as an interviewer, you’ll receive an email invitation with the interview details. To join from email:
  • Open the interview invitation email.
  • Review the interview date, time, and candidate information.
  • Click the Join drive button in the email.
  • You’ll be directed to the interview dashboard, click on Join Now to begin the interview.
  • You’ll be taken directly to the interview interface.

2. Join from the Interview Dashboard

You can also access your scheduled interviews through Talview Workflow Tools platform. To join from the dashboard:
  • Log in to your Talview account.
  • Navigate to the Interview Dashboard from the main side panel.
  • Locate the scheduled interview from your list of upcoming sessions.
  • click on Join Now to begin the interview.
  • You’ll be taken directly to the interview interface.

Additional Tips

  • Email invitations are sent when the drive series is created and interviews are assigned.
  • You can join the interview up to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • If you don’t see the invitation email, check your spam folder or contact the recruiter.
  • The interview dashboard shows all your upcoming interviews in one place.
