As an interviewer in Talview’s Workflow Tools, submitting a thorough evaluation is a critical step in the candidate selection process. The evaluation form allows you to provide structured feedback and make hiring decisions that help align your team and accelerate the recruitment workflow. In this article, you’ll learn how to access the evaluation form for a candidate and complete it with detailed feedback to support your hiring decision.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Select the Candidate

  • Log in to Workflow Tools as an Evaluator.
  • Click on the candidate’s name or email address to access their details and track their evaluation progress.

2. Navigate to the Evaluation Tab

  • In the candidate’s interview details side panel, press the Evaluate button to begin the evaluation process.
  • This tab allows evaluators to provide feedback by filling out a form.

3. Fill Out the Evaluation Form

  • Expand the Evaluation dropdown.
    • Fill the form with mandatory field validation.
    • Click on ✔️Select/ ✖️Turned Down/ ⏸️Hold button, based on your decision about the candidate.
Upon a success notification, the evaluation is now submitted and accessible to recruiters and hiring managers within the centralized workflow dashboard.
