If you’re accessing Workflow Tools through SSO (Single Sign-On) and need to switch between different organization accounts associated with your email, there isn’t a direct in-app switch option available. To change accounts, you’ll need to log out and go through the SSO login flow again.

Step-by-step Guide:

1. Sign Out of the Current Account

  • From the Workflow Tools dashboard, click the profile avatar located at the bottom-left corner.
  • Select Sign out from the menu to log out.

2. Go to the Login Page

  • You will be redirected to the login page where you’re prompted to enter your email address.
  • After entering your email, click Next.

3. Verify Your Email

  • A verification code will be sent to your email.
  • Enter the code in the designated field.

4. Choose the Account to Log Into

  • If your email is associated with multiple organizations, you will now see a list of available accounts.
  • Select the organization account you want to switch to.

5. Sign In Using SSO

  • Make sure the new selected organization has SSO enabled and your user account is configured for SSO access.
  • Click Sign in with SSO to log into the selected account.
