To maintain account security and switch between organizations or users, Workflow Tools allows you to sign out and safely log back in using your credentials or SSO.

Step-by step Guide:

1. Open the Account Options

From your dashboard, locate your profile avatar at the bottom-left corner of the screen. Click it to reveal the account options menu.

2. Click “Sign Out”

Select the “Sign out” option from the menu. You will be logged out and redirected to the login page.

3. Enter Your Email

On the login screen, enter your email address and click Next.

4. Verify with OTP

You will receive a verification code via email. Enter the code in the prompt to proceed.

5. Choose the Organization

If your email is linked to multiple organizations, you will be shown a list of accounts. Select the account you want to log into.

6. Log In with SSO or Password (If Applicable)

If the selected organization has SSO enabled, and your user account supports it, click “Sign in with SSO” or else sign in using your password Authenticate via your organization’s SSO system to complete login.
