Schedules define the time slots during which candidates can sit for an assessment at a specific center. You can view all scheduled slots for each assessment step, including center count, capacity, and booking progress. In this article, you will learn how to view schedules for an assessment step in the Coordinator Console. Before You Begin Make sure you have:
  • Log in to your Talview account and make sure you have coordinator role access.
  • An active exam with at least one assessment step configured.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the exam from the Exams list From the Coordinator Console, navigate to the Exams section using the left sidebar. Click on the exam whose schedules you want to view. 2. Click on the assessment step tab Inside the exam, click on the tab for the assessment step you want to review. This opens the schedule view for that step. 3. Review the schedule table Slots are grouped by date. For each date, the table shows the following columns:
  • Slot - the time range for the slot (e.g., 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM), displayed as a clickable link. Click it to drill into the candidates booked for that slot.
  • Centers - the number of centers offering this slot.
  • Capacity - the total number of seats available across all mapped centers for this slot.
  • Bookings - a progress bar showing how many candidates are enrolled vs. how many seats remain available.
4. Use filters or export
  • Click the filter icon to filter slots by date, center, or other criteria.
  • Click Export to download the schedule data.

Additional Tips
  • Use the Bookings progress bar to quickly identify slots that are nearly full or have low uptake, this helps you decide whether to add capacity or create additional slots.
  • Clicking on a slot link gives you a detailed view of all candidates booked in that slot, including their booking status, center assignment, and score (if available).
  • If no slots appear in the schedule view, the exam step has not had any schedules created yet. Click + Add Schedule to create the first one.
