During attendee onboarding, you may need to scan a QR code displayed on your laptop or desktop (primary device), to connect your mobile phone as a secondary camera. This article helps attendees resolve QR code scanning issues when setting up their secondary device.

Primary device screen brightness is too lowIncrease the brightness on your laptop or desktop so the QR code is clearly visible.

QR scanning is disabled in the camera appOpen your phone’s camera settings and enable the QR code scanning option.
Mobile camera is not focusingHold your phone steady about 6–8 inches from the screen and allow it to auto-focus.
