1. Access the lesson playback view
  • Go to the lesson configuration page and click the Proview Proctoring icon.
  • Switch to the Playback View tab.
2. View student sessions
  • The list of students that have completed their proctored lesson will appear.
  • Search can be performed by the attributes- User ID, Full name, Email, Rating
  • The Proview Index rating (high/medium/low) is visible in the Proview playback list, allowing quick identification and review high-risk sessions.
3. Playback session recording
  • Click on the session attempt “link” to open the playback view.
  • Review the recording and generated alerts for the session.
